Stupid Apple products!
Sadly I'm not much of techie person or an Apple fan. However, somehow or other they decided to put me in charge of iPad and iPhone support for my department at work. Which doesn't actually mean that I can help you, except see my first comment because that's pretty much how I feel after responding to a tech call.
That said, let me hunt around a bit and see if I can't get some advice for you. (and if I can't perhaps our Gridstream Player developer, Gridfan, can. *pokes Griddy with a stick*
