However, I think it should be said that we are not going to "make a statement" until we know what that statement IS. GSP has its own matters to take care of and it's safe to say that when we have those matters taken care OF, we'll be more informative.

I think quite the opposite. Since the DJs are so readily available and they don't put themselves on this high un-touchable pedestal I find it weird that the organization keeps their dark secrets. Especially when it involves a extremely popular DJ just up and leaving like that.

I'm sorry but GSP or Decavolt owes us an explaination about as much as you or your org would if you left it. Sure GSP has a very public presence, it's the nature of the type of org they are, but that doesn't mean we the fans have any right to know all of their business. If you really want know his reasons for leaving then contact him privately in any of the ways he listed and maybe he will give you a better explaiination, if not then you will just have to live with that won't you. And please refrain from making a public spectacle of this, cause really more bad than good can come out of that route.

'GSP' and 'dark conspiracy' just doesn't belong in the same sentence, as far as I'm concerned. I mean, sure, we could all sit here and come up with silly theories about Deca's departure and about whose 'fault' it is, but eh... why bother? That's energy and effort better spent having fun and enjoying the game, etc. Doesn't mean I'm not curious, mind, but I've got better things to do.

As far as Im concerned, especially since I am a former DJ, and still an avid listener of GSP, and ALL of the DJs (when work doesnt interfere at least) the only thing that is owed the public is the notice that Deca will no longer be streaming live from hell. There are obviously issues that led to his abrupt departure, knowing Deca, and the other DJs from being in the org, they're likely personal, and not fit for public consumption anyways.

Do I wanna know what happened? not really.

Am I upset that Deca left? Ya damn right, he is the one who helped me get my sound set up to stream.

Will he be missed? Ya better believe it.

Will we know exactly why he left? extremely doubtful, and we've been told all we really need to know on this issue.

although i am not noted for saying stuff that is in any way witty, id just like to point out the real reason why/how Decas reign finally came to its abrupt hault. its kinda a secret, but i feel as its my duty to expose this evil plot, even at the expense of being publically flogged by the female GSP dancers and humiliated by well versed spoken ridicule at the hands of tarryk.

Everyone knows that Decavolt didnt like the Sex Pistols. He time after time told us (the faithful Maelstromists) that he thought they were not good punk music, and he hated them almost as much as hippies and pasta ninjas. publically we all laughed, but secretly, in shady hidden locations there were several of us that conspired to do something about it. yes, i was one of them, no im not happy with the end results. at first we were small, and we tried to turn his judgement about the pistols by imprompto vocaliations about the sex pistols, but to no advail. Satan was dead set in his hatred for the punk group. always telling the infamous story about jonny rotten and his fraidy cat story of the romanes. slowly these comments started making us in the sex pistols are cool mob very upset. i tried to keep the mob goin in a non-violent direction, but as the mob grew it was appearant that something horrible was going to happen. oh, if only i could go back to those early secret meetings and change the outcome, but alas, i cannot, and the end result wieghs a ton for my shoulders. i am sorry, you see, it was I who told Deca he had to leave, or Kit Kats life would be forfieted. i am not proud of this, just wanted to make sure he didnt get hurt at the hands of these extremists.
as far as i know he did what needed to be done, he has went into exile just as he was told. we think its better that way, because theres no way you can have a true punk rock show if you dis the best punk band ever.

ive been thinking about what to say about the whole situation for a while now.

deca's departure threw me the hell off. while i respect his descion to leave, i am dumbstruck at why he would. im sure the answers will come in due time.



i know i had a freaking blast at deca's shows, and so did TONS of other people. i hope that his troubles are as few and far between as my grandmothers teeth.
