That's just brilliant. Let's tax an illegal activity, thus giving it validity causing a whole new and bigger debate about legalization. That's like stamping out heroin by taxing the pushers, because I'm sure that if one's willing to sell smack they'll be totally law-abiding with everything else, especially taxes.
