I think it would be a toss-up for me between Die Hard and Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

EDIT: Ooo, Lauri posted:

4.) The Last Unicorn

That might have to go in the mix. I had forgotten all about that most excellent flick. Must seek it out...wonder if it's on DVD...

it is on dvd.. I am trying to get ahold of it over here.. unfortunately the sound quality isn't great, as they didnt remaster the audio, it's still standard dolby stereo.. but who cares... it's TLU!!!!

as for the soundtrack.. get the german re-record.. it's much much better

It is indeed a great movie....and I just happen to love unicorns so I must have everything with them in it, reason why I love Legend so much, plus Lilly looks hawt in that black gown, -drools-.

Dune. :D

There were certain issues with it but it was still a very good attempt at producing the book on film, I think. Also, one or two of the Conan movies.

Ah, Dune and Tron... forever holding special places in my heart.

You guys aren't leaving a lotta movies uncovered, eh? Hmm, I gotta say...

* Aliens (1986). Notably the extra long directors cut version.
