Man, that's a little too woe-is-me, though. Obviously done by a teenager.
Tell you what: If a female does that, and you think about it, would you really have it any other way? I mean, she could deny her shallowness and go with you, and she'd still be shallow. Or you could be the buff guy, and have no brain, and end up with the shallow chick.
The way I figure it, most chicks are shallow, and most guys are shallow, and that's why stupid people breed and Bush ends up running the country.
Given the scenario presented, if given the choice to be any character therein, I'll take mister-wounded-for-life in a heartbeat. Because he's the only one who'll stand up and go "Wait a minute...I'm the only one with a functional brain cell. Single-finger salute to ya, I'm going to go write something interesting and end up dying happier."

Meh... We all know that at the end of the day, that "porno" dream everyone seems to base relationships on now-a-days isn't the best thought out bloody thing in the world is it? Doesn't change the fact that we all crave it on some lvl tho'... No matter how funny (s)he is, or how much you connect with him/her, you will always desire the physical side of things... And if they can't give you that... Well. It becomes tough...
