Omni-Tek forces in Borealis have been issued with orders not to fire first on any visitors to the city.

Unicorn Troops have moved to secure the large radar dish outside of Borealis. Clan players should note that these security details will still attack anyone who gets too close.

This has now been confirmed by visual check.. Borealis is free once more.

Oh....that's good news. that means people can travel freely in Borealis again without being fired upon by Unicorns. But it's probably still a 75% area?

Yes, still 75% all the unicorns are now up at the satellite dish.. the omni guards are there still but they won't fire first.
