life update

so

ive been in the hospital for i think the past week. they think i have "Addison's " which basically means to my understanding my adrenal gland is producing enough cortisol and cortisol is something that keeps my body healthy and fights off germs and without it i could get so sick that my organs an stuff could fail.

so this means ill probably be on meds until im dead

and worse than all that i cant get AO to work on this computer

Being on meds for life isn't so bad, Aaox, don't let that part get to you. I'm real sorry to hear about the medical complications and I hope things get better for you, but I'm quite optimistic that you'll conquer all and ultimately live happy, regardless. Now share my optimism, or I'll kill all your friends.

Seriously, stick around, Aaox, and please keep us informed how things are going with you. Incense being lit with you in mind tonight.

Meantime: ack, AO no workie? Any known reason why, or system reports you can supply us with? Perchance can be fixed...

well i got AO downloaded on this computer but i cant connect because im on a hospital lan, ill try to keep on connecting and hopefully i can at least patch it up

edit: i take that back, i think i was trying to patch it during rk1 downtime but i m getting it patched as we speak

So update again

I had a MRI scan, basically a high tech CAT scan with huge flippin magnents and theyre gonna see what, if anything is wrong with my brain

and i got AO to work.....its a bit laggy, a little tweaking with the new comp should take care of it

im sorry for so many posts but this will probably be my last update

I have Addison's. My Adrenal gland will never work for the rest of my life and I will be on medications for the rest of my life. I will have to take a small dose of steriods everyday, take extra when I'm in "stress" which could be , illness, injury, etc. I'm gonna have to carry a shot on me just in case I'm in an accident wherin I cannot reach medical help right away. And last if the steriod doseage is too low to handle the illness or injury I could die.

Unfortunatly, I cannot share the optimism you have Tarryk, I hope you understand, but you are still welcome to kill all of my friends.
