Probably cause Omni has the $$$ to build, maintain, and hire "qualified npc's." Whereas Clan is more likely to toss some moonshine in a few bottles, stick a muddled dealer in front of them, and hope that the roof doesn't start leaking. ;)

Yeah, the difference in the lifestyles of each makes it a vastly different "night club" scene. Asking such a question as "How come clanners bars suck compared to omni's?" is similar to asking "How come the clubs in Vegas are so much cooler than the bars in downtown Lansing, Michigan?" The answer is it's own given entity.

And, in similar regards to both questions, they both certainly have their appeal. But you're not going to find a dive like Mac's Bar on the strip in Vegas, and you're not going to find the Excalibur on East Michigan Ave. :)

Nobody mentioned that the overall best bar/club Reets Retreat resides in Neutral territory besides Negs (though you didn't stress the greatness implied)

Well to me, having recently checked them all out, the difference seems much more drastic. Its more like the seedy pool hall bar in the small town, actually called village, I grew up in compared to the coolest club in tinsel town...

Nothing "more drastic" about it, you just made the exact same comparison I did. I compared Mac's to the Excalibur. Mac's is a seedy pool bar that looks like it's about to fall over. The excalibur is one of the many badassery casino/hotels on the vegas strip. That IS the difference between omni and clan, quite meaningfully made that way.

*laughs* See well you are talking about crappy "big city" clubs and bars. I am talking about small town places..places that dont even have a name just called "the bar". Not the kind of places that have the special extras like..barstools, booths..but long folding tables and chairs for deluxe, comfortable seating...
