Ah, yep, looks veeery similar, I'm sure there was some inspiration there, at the least. I appreciate the less slutty look the elf on my desktop has, tho, I must say.

I watched Lineage 2 being played. Looked interesting with good gameplay, and great graphics to be sure.. but almost no uniqueness to the character templates (everyone looks the same), and the hunch-forward-and-run just killed it for me, that was way over the top, hehe.

Yep, pretty much your generic GuildWars/Diabloesque sort of hack and slash grind gaming. It's geared towards PVP post 20 gameplay. The only thing that stood out in my mind was the pedophile endorsement for the dwarves (the males were old men, the females were little girls) and the fact that arrows always seemed to land right in my character's arse. I had fun with it till the level 50 characters came through and started one shotting my little level 7 magess. But, the graphics were a definite eye catcher. I spent most of my time trying to avoid the random jerks just so I could catch a few screenies.

Yeah as I understand Lineage II has amazing chracter cuteness/hotness... but you can be pvped anywhere.

BTW Tarryk, did you get a name or number or place I can find your cyperbunk chick, I may just wan to talk to her and see if she'll spend a bit on my desktop soon...
