Pffft! I was raised on Python bro... I grew up with Black adder, Red Dwarf, Fish & Chips, Batter, dishes called spotted dick and dried blood with my eggs and bacon...
My traditional christmas desert could be tied to a crane and used to demolish buildings, and for as long as I can remember, the only weather I've seen is grey rain...

You're perfectly normal in all aspects, now be a good boy and go watch your depraved cartoon porn like the other kids!

Ah <3 proper british food, the only food I know of where the left overs can be used to demolish large buildings. Fresh, they're even more destructive :D

I dunno man... I wouldn't call Christmas Pudding fresh, making it take like a year...
Grab some fruit, mix it up with a serious dose of alchohol, and stick it in a jar for a year... Yes, a year.
Then when you're ready to eat it, pour whisky all over it, set it on fire, and serve... Mind you, it also doubles for a concrete block in case of freak lava flows. This thing is about half the size of a football, and weighs roughly the same as a small Morris Mini. Taking two spoon fulls (with custard of course) will most definately upset your stomach as it's like dropping small lumps of solid steel into it. Still, the fruit is good for your digestive system (use your imagination) so you don't feel so stuffed after a big Christmas dinner...

Wait, I just noticed your location... Your a Tyke? Lol, then why am I explaining this, you should know only too well ^^

Thats kinda like grilling someone on why they find blondes attractive, they just do. *backs away slowly*

We like them. They are generally nice and interesting and can even make somebody sound more attractive. Many accents can. Heck I don't doubt there are some non-Americans in the world that might like some of our accents or sometimes lack thereof. Southern accents can be hot Even just some languages. French spoken by a woman is nice.

Eeep, sorry didn't mean to sound aggressive :) just wondering why a seemingly disproportionate number of the residents of the good ol US of A like English accents, possibly it's because we brits hear all the worst ones, sorry anybody who lives in liverpool but scouse accents argh!

Just one of those things where I think because I am one, and don't find my accent sexy in the slightest I can't understand why other people do. I'd guess it's the same for all the people's accents which I find hotter than heck.

I don't know :) anyways sorry again for coming across as ranty guy *hugs Dr H*

and no, it's definitely not a bad thing just one I can't quite grasp :)

Honestly? It's that it sounds exotic. It's not what we're used to, and therefore we find it intriguing. It helps that you actually *are* speaking a language we understand, but it's so different it sounds like another language. So you have the cool "foreign guy*" thing going for you, on top of having positively adorable slang and an exotic sound.

Curiously, I was just talking with a friend the other day about how we Americans might sound to the folks over in the UK. Do we sound as exotic? Does our slang make them chuckle? What does it sound like when they mimic our accents as we mimic theirs? Perhaps the world will never know!

Foxy, Yes I fully admit that certain American accents, turn me into a quivering, gibbering wreck akin to a a bowl of Jelly/Gello... not the same kind of quivering, gibbering wreck as having to sit thru House of the Dead or the Mangler 2 ( piece of advice kids, just say no... and back off the tangent, and back to the point... if I ever have one...) ... where was I, oh yes... that was it. Thank you finally managed to get it :) hey only taken me 26 years.

Next I shall try to understand the need to take up the entire pavement walking at 2mph...

... oh and Doc, stop it you'll make us brits blush

oh and sorry but have to know, Penguins, harmless waterfowl or really secretly vampires?

Well, vampires can fly and penguins can't. But then again they could just be hiding the fact they can fly as to not give away the fact they are secretly vampires...
