Mix 2 boxes of surgar free Jello cheescake pudding with Half skim milk and half Low Fat cool whip.

Line the bottom of a 13x9 cake pan with cinnamon graham crackers.

Spread the cheescake mixture over the graham crackers

slice fresh strawberries on top and dollop the remaining whip topping over let cool and set for 10 mins and enjoy ... Its sooo good

This does sound really good and I like the idea of using the cinnamon graham crackers.

I might try it this weekend! :)

How much skim milk do you use?

Good question. I was assuming that you use the quantity that is called for on the package, but devided it between the milk and the whipped cream.
