of mornings...all together. Don't like them. Hate waking up before 11. I want my job back to where I didn't have to get out of bed until 2pm...

oooh i love mornings!!!

The air is cool as crisp, a bit damp, smelling sweet as everything around us wakes up.
Mmnnn... a hot coffee and breakfast on the outside patio, with friends who slept over =)

i am lucky if i can make myself stay in bed until 730, lol. But i am also excited to get up early in hopes of catching some live DJness.

I should be out of bed at 0600, but rarely manage to crawl out before 0630. Which gives me exactly 45 minutes to do the morning routines (mumble something incoherently about cats wanting food, grunt something approximating a "hi" to my girlfriend, check emails and forums, log onto AORC to say hi, then run into the shower, run around searching for clothes (socks has a damn nasty tendency to disappear), get some sort of order into the mess I have on top of my hair (usually in something looking like a red/copper version of the Mad Professor-hairdo), stuff my laptop into my bag, grab my cellphone/wallet/keys/assortment of pens (I'm a pen-thief of epic dimensions) and whatever else I need, then run like mad to the bus.

Yup...I hate mornings as well.

Good things about mornings: There's usually something silly happening on AORC and/or GSP when I get to work.

I love and hate mornings.... I love mornings because they are all so beautiful and wonderful with the crisp air waking you up. I hate mornings beacuse I would have to get up.

I wish I didn't have to sleep.

There's no point in sleeping for me, except that it gets me rested. Most of the time I close my eyes then open them again. If I dream, it's about weird things that will knock your socks off, then, as you put a new pair of socks back on, the old socks will have traveled the world and will cause the new socks to get knocked off as well.

I don't mind the mornings. I usually read comics, drink water, maybe eat a sandwich. This is while at work, mind you. Then when I feel particularly motivated, I start helping people.

The life of a technological messiah. Praise be me.

Yah, mornings for you are evenings for us :P

Of course we are crazy, it's 12:30am when you wake up. :)

See, if it weren't for the fact that after awhile, I get goofy...then I'd just stay up all the time. You'll likely start to see the "goofy" side of me on Sunday...at about the 35 hour mark.

I know Meen and Nex did when I was on air with them a week or two ago after being up for the Veldron Mini-Marathon.

But I dislike mornings...a whole lot.

Technically morning is a decent time of day. Mind you I'm speaking of 3:52 AM after you've possibly winded down out of AO and figure on a good trolling on the forums before going to pass out on the sofa. That's my kinda morning. I also used to have a far more lenient job as well Dani that let me sleep in a bit most days. Now I have to be at work at 8, which doesn't sound early to you because you are a morning person & you know it! :P

Sure. I'm a morning person. I'm a morning person if I didn't sleep the night before :)

Best mornings I know of: Deep winter mornings, when it's completely silent outside, there's 3 to 4 feet of snow, not a cloud in the sky, and the thermometer is showing -15 to 20c...

That's when you REALLY feel that it is a good morning. The air is so crisp and clear that it hurts to breathe at first, you can feel the sting of King Winter's hand on your cheeks, and the dark morning sky looks like deep-blue velvet, with stars shining brightly and a small strip of lighter sky in the east.

My favorite time of year, and only then is it a good morning.

Sory Dani, actually I had transfered focus. That final sentence wasn't directed at you anymore. That final sentence was for all the cheery morning folks out there. You know who you are.
