As Im sure most of the US listeners know, we have a major hurricane in the Gluf of Mexico. I live in Pensacola, Florida....... target for Hurricane Dennis. Its predicted to be category 4 (of 5) storm at time of landfall. Last year, my region got crushed by Hurricane Ivan, and now Dennis is coming. I was out of power for a week, and then phone (for DSL for 3 weeks) Ill be back when I can. Ive got contact numbers, so Ill keep in touch as best I can. Take care guys.

Stay safe, Tal, and remember not locking horns with Mother Nature. She's a fickle bitch, and a vicious one at that.

I got a phone call from him today. He's fine, no damage to the house, but he doesn't have any electricity at the moment. He said he'll be back as soon as he can.

I R TEH BACKz0r!!!11

We lost power at 1pm sunday (landfall was officially at 2:25pm Central time). Power was turned back on at my house roughly at 7:50am Friday. So we basically had 4days + of a camping trip with a mattress hehe

For those curious, the winds around my house were strongest right before the eye of the hurricane passed over the house, at near 100mph gusts, and sustained winds of approx. 90mph.

House had some minor roof damage, but only because the guys were still in process of putting our roof back on from Ivan last year. Biggest loss was to the vegatation. Lots of trees snapped in half, limbs down, and there are always a few trees that just get blown over, root system and all.

I want to thank each and every one of you all for your well wishes, and a big thank you to Foxy for allowing me to call her and relay my safety to everyone that was concerned.

*hugs* *muah* Love ya all. See ya ingame soon ;-)
