Where does the Notum go

This is some IC and some OOC. I want to know where does the notum go. I was under the immpression that off of Rubi-Ka notum is just a worthless rock.

Notum is Rubi-Ka's major export.
The notum when raffined is able to enhance the abilities of nano technology,
and really is the key to getting nano technology to work properly.
It's exported to Earth. the Moon, Mars, several space stations,
and pretty much all colonies the humans have!

I forget, but I think notum is used as a energy source for nano technology!

On Rubi-ka the air is saturated with it, so nano technology work without any additinal changes. (the nanos feed directly off the notum in the air instead)
