Oooh! just realized something I hope they have for sale in these shops - a fr00b doll to go along with my fr00b t-shirt. I envision it as a little Trox MA wearing missmatched armor, a large backpack & a rifle. :wink:

Actually the way it works is that the points are cumulative based on length of play time, so if you've been here since launch its 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 36 Vetern Points :)

Don't tell Tacz that, I was gonna spend his extra points!

Personally I'm 4 months away from the 36 month mark (my God! Have I really been playing AO for 3 years and still haven't leveled out of the 80's?). So I may just wait to see what kind of goodies are available to me at that point.

Or not. :)

Veteran Shop Opening Day!

::Vallikat walks up to the shop looking hopeful::

Vallikat: Hello Shop. Here are my points. What do you have for me?

Shop: Take a look at my wares that include not only a cowboy hat, but also another Yalm to match that one you bought 2 years ago

Vallikat: No thanks. Do you have anything that will level me 20 or 50 levels?

Shop: I have a disco outfit once used by John Travolta

Vallikat: Do you have anything that will level me 7 or 13 levels?

Shop: I have a cowboy outfit once used by John Travolta

::Vallikat senses a trend::

Vallikat: Do you have a copy of Dianetics or maybe a vid of Battlefield Earth?

Shop: 2 points deducted
You received book Dianetics
You received vid Battlefield Earth

::Vallikat grumbles::

:lol:

The low-level yalm is what intrigues me the most.

heheheh Boinky! :)

Only problem is that I think I'd look hot in the open-to-the-waist silk shirt and white leisure suite (after first replacing the sleeves with white armbands and the pants with white mini, of course) :)

So...when do those shops open again?

;)

Just double checked on Testlive. The low QL yalms they are referring to are no different then what is currently available and random. VA81 yalms

Okay so I'll be more like 15 or 20 before yalming now.

Still, that's freakin awesome, so long as they can fly and give at least a tiny little runspeed boostie.

Main rerolls suddenly became a lot easier to plan. :P

Tarryk is going to be the next Madonna. I'm an advy! No wait I'm an MA! No wait I'm a Shade! No wait I'm a Fix---ahahah nmind, back to Shade!

ROFLMAO Tarryk.

But yes, I agree. Rerolls will be alot easier for people who always reroll everyso many months and never go past 50 or so 8)
