edit - guess I should point out why this is so cool for those who don't have a PSP...
Web browsing isn't enabled for full internet use yet. The only way you can access the net at all for now is by using Wipeout Pure. There is a download option, where (in the future) you'll be able to download wallpapers, etc etc. The catch is.. it doesn't let you go anywhere else. So you have to set the primary DNS to hit a portal page set up by you or anyone else at a certain location. THEN, you can go to other pages... since this isn't fully enabled, it's a lil buggy and sometimes non-responsive.. like I had to pull up google 3 times before it'd search what I typed in. Still cool as hell that this is going to be possible in the future.
For those of you who have a PSP now and would like to try this out, go to the link below for a quick and easy setup. (Wipeout Pure game required til other ways are enabled)

I'm sure you could set your primary dns to any webpage you have the IP for and it'll work the same
