After having spent a long time getting to know eachother over the net, from chatting over AORC to talking over Skype it was time to finally meet eachother in person.

Many of you probably wonders who I am talking about, and the one I am talking about is the love of my life, my companion whom I want to spend time with forever.

We met for a too brief time, but it was the best days of my life and we had a wonderful time together. The memories will be with me forever, and I hope to be in her arms soon again. The person I am talking about is the one you all know as Tastyvixen. And here are some pictures of her, as well as a picture of her and me

It was such an amazing weekend with the most amazing man I've ever met. I can't wait till my trip over to see him.

Oh, and X, how dare you run off all the way to Sweden with my heart mister! :wink:

I actually met my husband over the internet as well, and we used Netmeeting to talk all the time (free videophones for international calls for the win!) He was in Canada while I was in Texas, and we still talked every day. I will *never* forget what it was like to see him in person for the first time, it was amazing! I hope you guys have as great a time together now and in your future! (although I'm surprised you had your clothes on long enough to take a picture! :twisted:

)

I definitely think that meeting people in the games that we play gives the added advantage that you *already know* that you have something in common with the person on the other end of the line. Much better than taking your chances picking up random people in bars.

I do think that Sweden needs to be closer to the US, however. I have dozens of friends there that I miss SO VERY MUCH. It's wonderful that the internet has the ability to keep us all close together, though!

But that's ok. She does look comfortable in it, and I don't mind her stealing it from me, after all I offered it hehe. And beside, I have a few more robes at home

Sorry Boo, I would have loved to have shown off my cutie of a man to you but we had so little time left I wanted to have him all to myself.

As for the robe, I love it! In fact I'm wearing it right now. haha Nothing like something warm and soft and fuzzy to remind you of your loved one.
