Man this is one dusty thread by now. Oh well, better to keep it all gathered instead of opening a new thread every time I get bored ^^
Anyway, I was sittin messin about with a pencil when this doodle I'd made began to take shape as an eye. Soon after it turned out to be my first attempt ever at drawin an elf. The head is kinda awkward (mouth too far to the right) but then, I didn't really know what I was drawin till I was done so...

Hmm, I kinda liked drawin that elf, so I gave her a work over. The nose was off, and the mouth too far to the right, so I set about to change that.

that workover is looking good.
the lines are far more cleaner.
and the eyes are far better now. (still to big for my taste but who cares)

Lol, I was thinking about doodle, because that's what it started as, but tbh, I'd not mind dedicating this character to Fir', 'specially considering the pirate'ish outfit, and the fact that Fir' was the first person whom ever requested I draw her. So yeah, it's official! From hence on, she shall be known as Firia!

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to work on more pictures... Buyin a tablet (touch pad) next time I get paid. Will help with the rendering, and then I'll start colouring it... Woot for drawing!
