Oh man, I know.. They're gonna train me in ER too and my boyfriend said "What are you gonna do if a guy comes up to the window and lifts up his arm and says "I blew this off"" I was like uhm.. well first, try not to puke, and second.. ask if he can write with his good hand. I don't want to imagine the things I'll see but hopefully I don't work ER too much.
