Sorry have to disagree with you here Bootay, I think though that with every situation you have to take into account the crowd he's hanging with. I mean I have been mixed in my friends at times and have acted unlike myself - we all have. Sometimes people don't know when that off switch is or how far to take it... and when you are with those type of people for a very long time, it gets harder and harder to shake it off.

I look at this situation this way. If I had my xbox stolen I would be pissed, if I knew whom took it I would confront them and probably curse them the hell out, or report them to the proper authorities. But this person was more than pissed but violent pissed, he already knew he took it, so he decided to file a complaint to his proper authorities (his boys/friends), was like "Yo, his hoe B**** sole my sh**", they were like "Well gets get that sh** back", went, and beat her the hell up while he was saying "Why'd you take my sh** b****?" And granted I bet there's more than just her and her friends getting beat up about it.

Now I'm not saying that she should have gotten beaten up or anything. But this "kid" was 27... twenty-fing-seven. He did 11 years jail time... which means he was firs tin the system at 16 (which I would blame the father for rather than this incident). Sorry I can't blame the father here at all, the "kid" is a man, he knows own actions and at a certain point you've either been parented and grew up or haven't.

Also, I'm not buying the news headline that this is just for an X-Box, Clothing. She probabbly bought it for him along with the clothing, they probabbly broke up, or in her mind she did, said "I'm done with this sh*t", he most likely abused her, left with the clothes she paid for him along with the X-Box that she paid for, and he got pissed and wanted it all back because it was "his".

i always wonder why people knowingly make terriible decisions. i mean there's a difference between speeding and killing for those who don't wanna be percieved as goody-goody. if you make sane and sensible decisions the only time you'll have to talk to the police is when your neighbor who keeps making the wrong choices gets busted. people make bad desicions every day and then wonder why they're in trouble , then proceed to blame society for their choices.

Peer pressure and running with a bad crowd leads to bad decisions, yes... doing drugs, stealing stuff, bullying... sure.

I can see some kids getting all hopped up on whatever brain-rot is on the street right now in Florida and killing someone in a fit of drug-induced stupidity. But NOT BEATING AND STABBING A HOUSE FULL OF PEOPLE AND A DOG SO THOROUGHLY THEY CAN'T BE IDENTIFIED WITH DENTAL RECORDS!

Do you KNOW what it takes to do that kind of thing? This isn't just a shooting or a stabbing. If you can say "just" about ANY act that involves one group of people killing another...

This is.... something... so... *holds her breath* okay, dude, have you ever been in touching distance of an accident that involves severe personal injury? Do you know what it looks and smells like? Have you ever touched a dead person before they're prettied up and sanitized for funeral? Normal, well adjusted humans have a horror of dead things, especially other dead humans. Some of them can kill others, but not in a long, drawn out or particularly messy way. Those who can bring themselves to savagely beat someone BEYOND death with a baseball bat then stab what's left are not just disturbed or misled, but OUT OF THEIR FUCKING MINDS. No good kid, however bad the crowd, could stand in the presence of such an activity much less PERPETRATE such a deed.

Do you have ANY idea how messy killing someone that way is? Those four would have been COVERED in blood and body bits. Considering the statement that one of the victims could not be identified at all, one gets the rational idea that the murderers did a lot of beating on the victims' heads. The blood spray and brain bits would have been flying all OVER the place. Just envisioning the house as the police found it is enough to make my stomach heave (and I was once an EMT, one that the other EMTs in our fire department called on to pick up body bits because I had the strongest stomach in our station). I cannot even imagine being able to do such a thing.

No. None of those four is a rational or sane human being. None of those four is salvagable. None of those four is safe to be part of society. ALL of them need to be put to death to ensure that they never do such a thing again. And a parent would have to be pretty stupid and blind not to see something like that coming from ANY of them. No doubt daddy dear just didn't want to own responsibility for raising a psychotic monster. It takes a serious lack of good parenting to create a monster. Abuse (physical/sexual/ and/or emotional) and neglect are serious foundations for creating someone who will do what those four did.

A DECENT parent who simply has a chemically inbalanced kid is going to see there's a problem and have it treated. THIS jackass didn't even bother . He let his high school wrestling son move out of the house, presumably when he was still in school! What kind of parenting is that? Granted, Mister Washington was most likely the little psycho's step dad (note the difference in surnames) and the boy's actual birth father was no doubt the original perpetrator of the bad parenting that made him the happy little homicidal maniac he is today... but for god's sake... how do you NOT notice that your kid is capable of beating someone to a blood pudding with his buddies?

Again, I affirm that in Alex's World, there would be four people heading for lethal injection and three sets of parents doing a few years of hard time after being sterilized. All other children of the parents who raised the three 18 year olds who helped Victorino kill six people in the most brutal, savage and messy way possible would be immediately removed from their custody and placed in SANE homes.

This is why I believe that some actions require death penalties... Some things are NOT safe to have in a sociaty, nor worth the trouble to try and convert. People like this should be shot, hung, kastrated and drowned, not necesserilly in that order!
Don't waste time trying to "help" (read turn) them, and don't waste resources putting them in jail. Just have them put down! They are the kind of filth that do not have a place in the modern world. And I'm sorry Nex, but this sounds a -lot- like the whole "Dem is disrespectin me, dem must die!" deal... That, my friend, is total and utter bollocks! If there is one thing that is worse than violence, it's people who believe that violence is acceptable if it "redeems" their "honour"... What fucking honour!?
