It's from the Lil'John/East Side Boys song "Get Low". The chorus/hook lyrics are "From the Window... to tha wall... 'till the sweat drip down my balls, to all these ladies call, to all skeet, skeet, motha *bleep* to all skeet, skeet, goddamn! (repeat)."

So basically it's anime characters singing this very commerical (dirty south) hip-hop song.
