I've noticed that a lot of my friends, family, and people whom I associate with (lets call them those other people) are having a hard time with life at the moment, either things are being a pain in the ass or tha things are just too difficult to deal with. The SH*T is hitting the fan and people don't know how to deal with it...

Well... here's some words of wisdom that someone very special to me dropped onto me... he said:
"The sh*t keeps on comming, but you have to learn how to shovel it. And when you first begin, trust me, it isn't easy. But as time goes on, you learn how to shovel the sh*t better."
