I'm already bored. I've seen a million MMO's with a million "rich and deep green lush worlds full of nature and cow dung, build your destiny now!!"

Not that I know exactly WHAT I want in an upcoming MMO, but I must humbly decline on Ryzom. Without ever downloading, I'm quite sure I've played it before. I'm sure it probably considers itself sci-fi in that it's in the future, but I don't see NEARLY enough sci fi there to be interested.

How about an MMORPG that takes place on a planet without any nature at all, it's just one big paved world-wide "city" with thousands of different cultural meccas? Now THAT is something that would click for me. :)


Nothing but city? Man that would depress the hell out of me. Cities are nothing but people and people are often trouble.

That being said, this Ryzom just doesn't look different enough to really interest me.
