A tip on how to have them show up.

Create the hero, have it shown in your monitor.

Press Print scrn (It should be a button in the row of the F1-F12, above Insert)

Go into Paint or some program where you can edit images, and Ctrl + V (Or just paste).

Host it online, or simply put it as an attachment, and voila!
