Dude.

Tower Records carries Wumpscut. It's not that obscure. And it's not really that off-color either when compared to the average urban beat MC's lyrical spew. Hell, man... the lyrics to milkshake make Soylent Green seem downright tame.

Besides. Kids hear worse than that in the hallways at school.

What about the children??? We have to protect the children!!! What about our innocent little...

STFU!

Are children are evil?

Agree I!

But yes, Children nowadays would make the politicans shit their pants. ;)

I've heard the word that starts with an N, as well as bitch, fuck, and 'ho, uttered more times than a BET Rap hour. :D

/me begins ranting

"electronica?" wouldn't that be like moby and groove armada and shiat? electronic-based music that is not distinctly techno/house/trance/etc...
tell those b*st*rds they need do change that to industrial, there is very little goth around these days, even synth acts like vnv nation (which is prob in gothic there) classify closer to industrial than gothic. especially if that gothic category doesn't consist of bands like christian death or the legendary pink dots.

i have quite a genre variety in my cd collection and ever since i worked retail music sales, i've always been a strict supporter of a shiat category where all the crap is placed. a place where you would be able to find most marilyn manson albums alphebetically near mandy moore. i mean not to offend anyone, i'm just seriously appalled by a band as hard as wumpscut being placed in a "gothic" category. where is skinny puppy by the way, if it's in "gothic" i suggest you skip telling them because all they care about is capitalizing on the "gothic" kiddies stores such as hot topic are creating (if you're "goth" this music is what you want, these clothes are what you should wear). just take a sharpie with you next time and write "industrial" on all those signs and watch the confusion on the little spookykid faces that ensues. you might say i'm mean, but my prob. is with corporations that decide to separate their rock category doing a half-ass job, not the spookykids whose insistance on "i am goth" amuses me. if the stores pulled apart their gothic rock section they'd find that industrial rock prevails, even if they used their most popular sellers in there, guessing nine inch nails and manson, it's not gothic.

/me stops ranting and apologizes for any unlawful suggestion she may have made.
