There is much talk about the next expansion for Anarchy Online these days, and we figured we should let you in on a few secrets while waiting for the more official announcement.

First, the name of the expansion will not be "Towns of Rubi-Ka". That was a working title, and we now have a release title. You'll have to wait for the press release before we tell you what it is though.

Second, the expansion will include organisation headquarters and player-built towns, as well as other features focusing on social aspects and character development.

Third, there will be aliens, of the nasty, aggressive and technologically advanced kind.

And yes, among all the other stuff there will be new Yalmahas!

Me, I can't help but think of Xenomorphs (aka the Aliens from Alien/s) and Preds. Going to be interesting though, can't wait ^_^

hmm...

wussy aliens - they like flowers, puppies, sunshine, fun, and saving the natural resources of notum. they side with the clans.

badass aliens - they like money, power, shiney armour, big guns, and draining the planet of notum to make da bling bling. they side with omni.

hmm..does that make me an unreedemed badass omni of xtronica entertainment being an advisor? SWISH!

Hmm. Aliens kinda make sense. afteral....AO is Sci-Fi heh..
And aditionaly. the story arch is getting much closer to the end so I guess
they need to add new angles. I just hope it's not "Space L33t's" lol

Ok, if they make Xenomorphs a playable race, I'll be back... I don't even care if their bright orange, have like 1 hp, and no nano's... I'm just gonna sit on my wall all day long and hiss at people who walk by...
