Palla's stupid SL Questions (tm)

Postby Palla » Sun Sep 28, 2003 7:57 am

So, I made my keeper (Traca is the name) and I have some stupid questions!

1) What stats and skills should I be focusing on? I never advanced far enough with Palla to have to worry about stats, hehe

2) What are these "perk" things I keep hearing about?

3) How will I get from Jobe to old world and back, so that I can get a Org invite :)

Thanks, and I'm sure I'll have more as I relearn the game :P

1.Keeper Guide hope there is somekind of help

2 Perk Guide

3. Ask someone in game to take you to Jobe platform there is 3 whompas:

Old athen
Borealis
Rome Green

And comming back is easy, just go jobe whompa that kicks you to platform, select your jobe teleport(Harbor is where u start) or u can always use jobe bracelet that teleports u back to jobe training grounds if u are below lvl16

Hope this helped..

As far as general stransport from SL to anywhere else usually the best and quickest (but possibly not most desirable route) is always this - jump off the edge. Jumping off the edges of SL usually drops you down on Rubi-Ka somewhere (and it seems so far to be at spots akin to lower levels folks from most of the easily acheived areas in SL, though as a Clanner that doesn't mean you won't find yourself outside Omni Ent or as an Omni you won't find yourself outside Athens), except at least in the Gardens, jumping off those always lands you someplace in the SL proper.

Kepper is pretty much a gimped Enfo with some heals. Best bet is to aim for a good 2HE damage dealing sword or axe. Early on all basic abilities are important, later probably more focused on Strength, Stamina, 2HE and other weapon skills, and the nano skills required by your best nano lines (mainly Bio Metamor & Psy Mod), oh and of course evades and melee initiative.

Hope that helps -and hope I'm right on about it all. I've been an Engi so long all these in-your-face battle-hardened chars are a bit new to me.
