Odd. max vlue you should/could get should be 120 on the test...
Here's how I did it.
mod (modifier) is set to 0 at start.
on first no comply mod=1
on all the others mod=mod+1
Then after all the cheks this line of math is done (score is the values of the answers).
total=(score * (20 / (20 - mod) )) + 20
It cold prolly have been done better/more effective.
The 20-mod thing is done to avoid division by zero that could happen if I used i.e mod / 20 based method.
At this moment I just can't see how you managed t get like 660 lol.
(just click on the page (it's in a frame) and save as.
open it it notepad or wordpad and check it out yourself. very simple
