About my hometown, Östhammar, the only one I could find in English was:
http://www.onab.net/turism/eng/

But it doesn't contain very much information. The best one is http://www.osthammar.se/ but it's in Swedish.

The town I grew up in is so pitiful I couldn't even find a site for it. I did however find one for Old Threshers which is held there once a year and I worked at a few times.
