Hmm... running... I hadn't really considered that for the straight jackets. It doesn't seem to have been an issue yet. Sneaking, maybe, but not so much running.
Which leads me to wonder... what's wrong with you people? You find yourself in the squirrely side of the looney bin with people fitting you for a long sleeved jacket that buckles just all over the place and you don't run? None of you?
