thought i'd ask .... do you guys use IRC or XFire, MSN etc

We have a future enhancement planned for our site (which is still relatively new since the recent merger) that will include a request tool. For now, we get most of our requests from in-game or via the forums or Facebook.
I may be retired, but I'm GridStream for life.
