I've got Wierd Al a plenty. I've got the odd symphony track but not many.

*looks at results and slams face at the nearest hard object*

All categories other than the Pop/Hip Hop and Rap section feel to me like if it is the only four kinds I ever hear in this station, but I have no favorites so I wont hate. I do think though Hip Hop should be separated from pop and deserve a better percentage, or maybe I am just too underdog and like to listen to the good quality "underdog" artists like Sway Dasafo or Lupe Fiasco and not the horrible mainstream gang bangers like Little Kim and 50 cent.
To be leet or not to be, that is the question.

don't wanna cause an uproar but the things i tend to enjoy are not very... popular.. true I want to listen metal, and electronica and rap buuuut

I never really feel like we hear enough old jazz tunes, or classical/orchestral pieces... I am completely aware that some people would fall asleep to this, but it is the more popular things that make me tune out altogether [wierd al and david hasselhoff anyone?]

You're not the first to suggest classical or jazz. I've been considering having a classical show for a while because I like it too. Possibly here in the next month I'll attempt it. :)

I've got a couple of classical pieces (like less than 10) so feel free to request those if you ever make of my shows. Got a few things lying around with orchestras backing up well known bands.

I like jazz, classical, and orchestral. It doesn't necessarily have to be a whole show, but I wouldn't mind if it was. Mercenary even has a perfect song to transition into a block of classical, "Music Non-Stop". I'm still looking for some particularly dancey Debussy to follow that with. Oh! And I've got the perfect outfit for a classical recital, too. If it turns out more of a sit and listen show than a dance and chat show, there's nothing wrong with that, as long as people are still enjoying it.

I've loved this station since I first started on Rubi-Ka, many years ago, and I love all of the music I hear! If I had to request more of something, it'd be Electronica, to fit in with the theme.

There’s no country on the playlist ;) It must have been a specific DJ. If you don't enjoy the country, try one of our many other great shows. :D
