Looks great, Frait! Got any special recipes worked out yet, or are your customers not that demanding? I frequented and/or worked in a couple coffee houses in college, back when Starbucks wasn't quite *everywhere* yet. If you have a couple different blends of coffee, in addition to the pre-packed espresso, some flavor syrups, sweet syrups like chocolate and caramel, toppings like whipped cream and cocoa and sprinkles, creamers and sweeteners of various fat and sugar content, and ice, you can make a great variety of coffee drinks.
That was a college town, though. Most of the drinks we served were either supersaturated with caffeine and sugar or faking it with Nutra-Sweet and skim milk. You'll probably find out what people in your area want when they start asking for it. Maybe Denis Leary's "Coffee-flavored coffee" will be your top seller.
