If anyone (or cerebrix) has an account there, the answer to the latest question is, in fact, Anarchy Online/Gridstream. While we weren't necessarily the first internet station with MMORPGs in mind (I honestly don't know the answer to that one), we were the first "always-on" internet radio station dedicated to a single MMO, starting and always in AO, of course.
