Though we all may think of Leonard as the iconic Mr. Spock. (hawt, hawt, hawt) He appeared in many famous TV shows both before and after Star Trek. The Twilight Zone, The Untouchables, Perry Mason, The Outer Limits, Mission: Impossible and Get Smart just to name a few.
He wrote two autobiographies, "I'm not Spock" (1975) and "I am Spock" (1995). Recorded 5 musical albums "singing" songs like: If I had a hammer, Proud Mary, I Walk the Line, The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins and my favorite Highly Illogical. NPR listeners (like myself) know him as a frequent reader for program Selected Shorts. Leonard is also known for his film directing/writing, Broadway stage acting, photography and poetry work. All in all he's had a long very successful career in many of the arts. So........

Happy Birthday Leonard, Live long and prosper.
