A long journey...

Postby Samalicious » Tue May 05, 2009 4:57 am

Pretend I'm living in Kansas City, Missouri. Pretend that I want to drive to Victoria, Australia, maybe visit our wonderful Aussies Dynamiks and Shigy. (Yes, I know you all don't live that close but we're pretending, ok?) Here's my theoritical journey, mapped out already by Google Maps! No, I didn't do this but I thought it was hilarious.

Kayaking across the Pacific? That's an improvement. Didn't they use to tell you to swim across seas?

Either way, exhaustion would ensue. I did mess around a bit with this, seeing what it would say to go to Manila in the Phillipines and Singapore, just to see what it would do .....

Yes they did. Kayaking is definitely an improvement! :)

Maybe someday you'll get to rent an actual seaworthy craft! (Or perhaps....even fly!)

Of course, they'd all require exact change, so it would have to mostly be in various coins. A variety of different currencies, even.

I suspect they'll eventually replace the kayak when they make their deals with all the airlines so they can direct you to and from the airports with the correct information to get you there in time for an available flight. Give or take an hour or three.

This way is more fun, though. Except for all the shows you'd miss while paddling that kayak. Unless you could figure out a way to get a decent internet connection, a steady power source, and a waterproof notebook onto that kayak. That would be too long to go without GSP.
Do not try to think outside the box, for that is impossible. Simply realize the truth; there is no box.
