I love that pic of you three Eadaoin. Stiofinn looks a bit evil though! heehee and Caoilinn is just adorable. *big hugs to all*
There is nothing wrong with "just having doggies to love". My sister can't handle children for more than a few hours, but her dogs, even though they get frustrating, she can yell at them and they just wag their tails and look at her adoringly. She doesn't have to change diapers, make them go to bed, or deal with pickiness when dinner time comes around.

I know many people who consider thier dogs or cats as thier children and nothing is wrong with that at all. 
And to prove it I bet there is more pictures of pets on this forum then kids.

Okay I'm back with pictures but no worries not with my face this time but my lovely dog one. And yep he is like my lil kid and my true best friend, I so so so love him...
Sorry for so many picts (in 3 posts) but it's too hard to select only 1 or 2 so it will be 9 photos or nothing
At first my dog was very small with giant feet, after what it was his head with giant ears when they started to raise, that was totaly funny and cute.
His basket was 3x too big for him at first ^^ now he is almost too large for it lol.
If some of you have my myspace you will be able to see more of his photos soon

Thanks it's a Belgian Shepherd btw, a Malinois. (they are the dogs used a lot by Police here)
unfortunately for him he have Dysplasia
but not too much it's still ok..., we have to give him meds but have to be sure to not give him meds too much and often or it will not works anymore in the future... he is fine, he just can't walk during too long time and make too many moves.
Problem with Shepherds dogs and dysplasia is they live a bit shorter due to their 2 behind specific legs form (a bit longer than German Sheperds though...) but I prefer not think about it right now...

He looks so cute in the puppy pictures, then with his big bat ears, and now he looks like such a handsome pup. *snuggles sweet puppy*
I love the four-leggeds, I just can't have any...I'm so allergic, even to the ones that don't shed!:( So I have fish. They are beautiful, I can feed them once a day and watch them the rest of the day and learn something new about them without going into an asthma attack or a sneezing fit. No pics but I have three male guppies and a snail in a 2.5 gallon tank. Kinda reminds me of AO....Wonder which one would wear the robe and wizard's hat?

What a cutie!!! *squishes little baby cheeks and kisses all over* He's such a sweet little man! You are a lucky lady to have such a sweetie.
And Tal, you're probably right. The snail would totally pimp. He's laid back, the guppies are spastic while he just takes his time and doesn't let anything worry him. He can move pretty fast when he wants to, but most of the time he's just chill.
