This thing is seriously awesome. You insert a body of text and then it displays it one word at a time at 300 wpm. It actually works you really do understand what you are reading.

cannot say how many wpm I read ....... I just know that at the end of the day I can and have digested a 500-700 page book that I started just that morning.

In fact, at peak, and when I do not have to worry about interruptions I can and have digested two that size within a day.

What's interesting is that you can tweak the speed from 300 wpm up or down to figure out your say.. 'natural' reading speed. I didn't spend any more than a few minutes messing with it and found 500-700 wpm comfortable for me. :)
