I was wondering around Rubi-Ka pondering the meaning of life and I came across this quaint little area. As you can see it's in the southeast corner of Tir county. It has a nice arch and views as far as the eye can see. The local wildlife shouldn't be a problem at all they barley reach lvl 10. It might be a little hard to get to for neuts and omnis. They can just grid to Tir and hope a guard isn't standing right by the exit.

its been a while, but even neutrals wouldn't have a hard time getting there, as only the NPC guards with actual names attack neutrals, ie. "Urban Guard Patroller" doesnt attack neuts on sight, only Omni. However "Commander Dunn" attacks neuts on sight.

Unless of course everything has changed drastically since I pretty much stopped playing my MA

I didn't see anyone named Commander Dunn around there. All I saw was a Tir guard standing at the grid exit, wich I'm sure a couple of high level omni listeners wouldn't mind taking care off  . There is a clan tower nearby we that spot is well out of it's range.

afaik, all the named sentinel clan guards, are by the two entrances to Tir, as well as about 4 or 5 inside Tir (when they first introduced them, a couple of them walked some rounds, afaik, now they are stationary)
