PT is bad for me!

Yesterday at PT I desided it would be fun to meet the track face to face well as you can see my knee got in the way

Its actually alot deeper and after 24 hrs is still wont clot
but it is alot like a carpet burn just from hard concrete and not doing anything fun

PT is good for you....
