So it does have something to do with the Davinci Code. I managed to find that symbol at the bottom of the page was the symbol for the Knights Templar.

Also, Meenie, I tried to load that webpage into a Norwegian to English translator but it didn't seem to work. But there is more there that also points to the Davinci Code. But, moving on...

Now I'm lost again. I've found the buttons but clueless about what to do with the symbols.

Yes, I'm wondering which order the 4 different symbols go in each of the 4 positions. And for each of the symbols in those locations, which rotation works?
There are actually 12 different symbols because if you look closely at each group of 3, they are all different as well ><. So ya.....that just quantifies the possibilities....
I'm not as stupid as you think that I thought that you said that I was once....

Whoa... more complications; double click a set crest.

The symbols themselves that can have a Crest set to them make me think that the symbol that most relates to the crest is how they fit. Then the symbols next to them dictate rotation.

The Lambda has alot to do with numerics and anatomy (and other things), such as resembling a part of the scull with it's Uppercase form (called the Lambdoid), and then being equal to the value of 30. Numericly, it could be a degree of rotation... which isn't posable, as they only rotate in 90 degree intervules.

Need more information.

I... I cannot find what these crests symbolise! Without that info, I think that finding out what they have to do with Davincis' symbol of balence, rotation, and what the outter symbols have to do with it all.

(I can't tell if they're supposed to be more greek alphabet, or what? I see a couple of resemblances, but nothing as obvious as the Lambda symbol.)

Because I don't want to spoil the joy of solving the cypher, I won't tell anyone how I managed to solve it. But I will however point to Aakasha's discovery and say that the solution lays here. Just get creative. Looking isn't enough.

Well, I've found three of the crests, but I can't for the life of me figure out where to click to get the 'a masked cry adoring' ones to show up. Grr!
