Titles can be very handy. Or sometimes unfortunate. I just noticed that Veldron is the Chief Operations Officer. Which as per the title abreviation tradition becomes COO. So Veldron is a COO dude.

Veldron is Batman. Apparently he's also the pidgion of Doom. Coo Coo.
