Beware: exploding ink pens!!

Postby Vallikat » Mon Sep 19, 2005 11:31 pm

I know I should feel bad for you, dude. But I can't help it. I'm too busy laughing. ::)

Of course the sucky part (well in addition to the potentially ruined clothes) is that the sales rep probably thought it was poetic justice. Not that she was right. Just probably how she felt.

Oh and Heloise says hairspray is old school but rubbing alcohol works better on ink stains.

*huggles*

Shirt & pants saved, hairspray worked wonders. Zero trace of the ink. :)

You may be interested to know that global warming, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters are a direct effect of the shrinking numbers of quality pens. You heard right, there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between crappy ballpoints and global temperature.

But hopefully if we all lend our worship to The Flying Bic Monster that will change.

Somebody already made that statistic up. Which means it has historical relevance. And getting it cozied up with the word relevance adds credence to it's validity. :)

Anchor: "Welcome to this! Tonight's topic: What do people mean when they talk about things? Here now is a respected population percentage analyst!"

Analyst *thwapping pointer against a graph chart* : "This bar represents 43% of the population, and THIS bar represents 32% of the population!"

Anchor: "Telling figures, indeed!"
