Such is the case when anyone takes something in an already instable head. This is actually qutie scary because my father (Although not religous or mentally insane, except for parkinsons) has been on my mothers case for smoking and well...

Its really unfortunate and horrifying.

thats horrible, how can anyone do something to someone that young? all thier chances of life, taken away in a heartbeat...

Boinky, the fact is Japan has been so crime free, something like this is rather shocking.

In america, we've had girls this young and younger killed, abducted, among other things.

Japans actually banned owning firearms I think (One reason airsoft is popular there). I think it has less to do with islands and more about the frequency of it.

With so many crimes as horrible as that in America, were desentized to it and hearing another stabbing (For gods sake a guy in my area had his hand cut off by a machete!), but for Japan, its so uncommon and so rare that occuring once is very shocking.

This is truly sickening. Both stories are incredibly disturbing and make me fear for what is to come.
These are the moments we'll remember for the rest of our restless lives.
