I've always wondered why the most hardcore linux gurus I've seen sport epic beards and like to dress either as bikers or medieval blacksmiths... well, today I found the answer... they secretly hate technology.
And after finding out that an electrical surge apparently did something to the PSU of my streaming PC makes me wish for a simpler life as well. I'll try to take the PC apart over the weekend and see if I might have to replace the power unit so it can stay online for more than just 30-minute stretches.
Until then, have a great weekend and please do not try to to make a 5-year old computer run on a 15 year old power unit... trust me.
