you know there is one really easy solution to a bad hair day...shave your head. I like being bald, no worries about hair just have too see the trouble shaving it every now and then.

When ya got that much hair, you do run the risk of a bad hair day.

I tried that once....Looked like if you cross a flagpole (or something else wich I won't mention) with Dumbo, and I damn near froze my brain out

*cheers* It takes a lot of guts to post a pic like that. Typically when humidity does that to my hair, I throw it back in a ponytail. Looks like you have enough hair there to do the same. Try it sometime. Its ever so much easier that way.

LOL Actually, it's not quite there yet. Still have some layers that need to catch up. I've tried growing my hair long once before, and I couldn't get through the first awkward stage. I'm on about the 10th awkward stage now, but I'm determined.

Tee hee! Humidity is the evul to those of us with the big, thick hair. LOL I started shaving the sides of my head almost 20 years ago to combat the tendency my hair had on humid days to become the natural "white-girl 'fro". I'm convinced that this is the true origin of the mullet. *wink*

Ja, when the cowtipper had long hair to his mid back, he had girls always trying to get him to take it out of pony tail so they could play with it. The female attention got so bad that he eventually cut it and became a short haired loser boy.

Actually, i cut it because I live in Florida and I was dying from the heat. The hair is growing back though, but I am nowhere near Veldron's level. I am in envy of your long hairdedness.

Long hair is cool, but for me I just wanted to try this style. Once it grows a little longer (and my hair grows rediculously quickly) I'm growing it long again.

lol, I have wavy hair that likes to friz at the slightest little moisture in the air. I tried short hair and it was horid on me. These days its either braids or I've found lots of gel does work wonders on taming my wild locks. hehe

You know a guy is really cute when even in a bad hair picture he still looks amazingly sexy. *purrs*

You have my sympathies Vel. I used to grow my hair out many years ago. Did it a few different times so I'm very familiar with the interminably long period between "a bit longer than normal" and "My god why the hell is this hair in my face and not long enough to tie back in a ponytail already"

Heh, so many perceptions on hair... I'm not a fan of long hair, I had it once... I'm really curley... Ridiculously curley actually... But I really dislike curls, so I shaved it all off. GF is constantly trying to make me grow just a lil' of it out, but I dunno... Really don't like my hair. And generally prefer it short... But then, I get a big ol' mushroom on my head, not hanging, but standing to all sides... Looks wild. And it very unpractical... All in all, I don't miss it one bit! ^^
