Ok I feel like an idot hehe I have gone and done my SOuth Parked image just cant figure out how the heck to save the picture can anyone help me with a simple solution?

press print screen and then paste it on paint shop and resize and stuff

With the picture up on your screen, hit your Print Screen key.
Then open up Microsoft Paint (Start > Programs > Accessories) or photoshop or any other 2d graphics program and paste it into a new picture.
You can edit and crop it from there.
