Bwahahahaa..Yes..its that time of the year when(blah blah costume stuff goes on) and (we get the idea)

So.
Lets see your costume..along with its components? :twisted:

Large red robe,blck fringe sowed,
belts for Wristbands,Tied
Red Sash, Ties in back and drapes down
100% $ilk Ninji Mask thing, drapes around front
tint sun-glasses,Worn on head..not eyes
authletic gloves, Yes..x_x..
Black Stained Cowboy boots
Long chain, wraps twice around neck

Actually, I am undecided. I thought about making a Boogiepop Phantom outfit for halloween until I saw the prices on the right kinds of fabric. I'll have to put that off for KatsuCon, I think.

So I'm left with a number of interesting options...

I could go buccaneer, using garb I've worn for Pennsic and adding a few piratey accessories, but using a pet crow instead of a parrot since I'm just too damned goth for a parrot... Yarrr! Yes, I even have a pair of black and white striped puffy pantaloons!

Or I could go Edwardian crossdressing with ye FABULOUS purple velvet overcoat, silver brocade waistcoat and tight black leggings...

Or... maybe cyber-grrl it out, but that just kind of seems like cheating, since I tend to wear that kind of thing out clubbing these days.

My dad and I are making a Jin-Roh capital police uniform out of fiberglass and soon plan to move to a Marine from Halos armor. I wanted it done for halloween, but no luck =<

Hmm... Halloween is not big in DK... actually, it's not even here... some shops show it, but only as being "American & Trendy"... It means nothing to anyone here... So I prolly aint gonna be dressin up... Don't like dressin up anyways...

Oh well... I'm off to the pub... hangin with a few mates, gettin hammered... we decided some sort of dress code was needed... Tho that usually means I go a lil' off and semi skater... Oh well :wink:

Alas I won't be dressing up this year either, mainly because I have no $ nor anything(fabric included) to put together. Gonna save my $/resources for rennfair in May instead I think.

However, I'll of course have to lead the 3 year old around in her puppy costume.

I make expensive costumes cuz I can and my dad doesnt mind buying me tons of fiberglass for my projects. I wanted it done for tonight, but it WILL be done for Otacon '04 IF I can go.

What could you suggest for an Orson Cosplay, or would it be so simple, I could just gather the setup on my own ((Out of Otakon and so on, some large blade, maybe Narsil, would work, in...thats a problem. =\))

Awesome pics so far, good job on the costumes.

Me, always the fanboy, went as an ARK gone bad. No-one at my work had any clue, but whatever.

You can barely tell in these pics, due to angle, but exactly 1/2 my head is shaved, hehe. Modelled loosely after one of the newer opifex heads in AO.

Sorry for B&W, but the colors were MESSED up, I was all green (from the camera, not makeup or drinking), hehe.
