Posted: Sun Sep 21, 2003 9:28 pmI'm always a little bit leary of dramatic pictures such as that one, so I submitted it to snopes.com and wha la. It appears that the picture is NOT of hurricane Isabel, but of Tropical Cyclone Graham. Nice picture anyways. Here's the link snopes put up:

Posted: Tue Sep 23, 2003 1:06 pmspeaking of storms, what was the big deal over here in massachusetts? people where running around like idiots to board their houses and snaging water for the storm, mean while im just looking around thinking "why?" the only thing that really happend from isabelle over here was that the rain was just a tiny bit more harder. i laugh at you massachusians who did anything more than laugh at the storm. now go take your boards off your windows.
