Pause the video at the time you want to start it at. Underneath the Youtube video, click the Share button. The video's URL will show up below. Then click on the Options link below that URL. Put a check in the box next to the "Start at #:##" option. Then copy the URL in the box. It will have the time added to the end of the URL. Or I suppose you could do it manually by adding "?" then the time (format = #m##s) at the end of the URL, but it's easier to have Youtube do it for you.

(Ooh.. speaking of belly dancing.. I remember Shakira had some nice bellydancing in her videos.. Let's see if I can find some.
